Is the rule of 3:1 must for all interviews conducted by fpsc?kindly provide the link,if available, where this rule is written!!

This rule is mentioned in Instructions for General Recruitment and can be found on this link: http://www.fpsc.gov.pk/icms/admin/do...019.8.2015.pdf

This rule applies to only written part of the general recruitment,
For interview it is not necessary that number of candidates should be thrice the seats.

How fpsc ast. director called you beta? they are professionals, i remember the concerned ast. director who called us for interview, was very young and professionl, he is dealing our case till date.[/QUOTE]

First of all, let me tell u that i have qualified the test phase and appeared for the interview. Secondly, whatever i wrote in my previous post is correct and if someone has any ambiguity, he/she should consult it from FPSC help line or by personal links. If your sentiments are so sensitive, then you should keep yourself away from the social media..It is injurious for your health and emotions to read something which you dont know. Professional doesn't mean that he couldn't call me Beta..In interview, panel called me Beta couple of times, that doesn't mean that they were nonprofessionals. Let me tell you one thing more brother, there is not only 1 Asst. Director in FPSC and it is not mandatory that he is the one who gave me the information and even called me beta. In the last, it is my BHAI wala mashwara that before you write something again, you must take valid information from FPSC. or agr Mashwara pasand ny ahy tu phir "SPECULATIONS" wali post likh daina, i will not mind as my emotions are stable and firm.

Dont take it personal bro, i have discussed it as general matter, no body is sensitive, but people are unemployed, waited long for the interviews and applying here and there. They want to know the good news. BTW was your interview taken in urdu?

Brother i never take things personal on Social Media. My interview was a mixture of Urdu & English. They started it in Urdu and rest was all English. My interview was held at Islamabad in September. ALLAH kary sub ko Good news mily mager jo FPSC officials bata rahy hain wo hum share kr rahy hain. Ap log khud FPSC ja ker pata ker skty hain. FPSC sy pata krny ma 5 min nai lagty agr koi personal reference hy ap ka. Hum sub b wait kr rahy hain result ka.

one thing should be clear that we are talking about result ,but we are expressing our sorrows regarding FPSC because FPSC will not declare its final result with detail marks of inducted candidates .Now question is generating WHY ?????have you answer of this WHY ???? try to infer our demands ..lets share your views
thereby everyone is demanding for accountability because FPSC is violating our fundamental rights which is guarantied by constitution of pakistan .
