Today was my physical test at Islamabad. First of all nts staff measure the height and chest, those who not upto criteria they reject them, those who upto mark then they take running test of those. 1.6 km in 7 minutes the candidates which cleared the running test in 7 minute they are qualified for next step which is written test. By the grace of ALLAH i cleared the test and my written is on 23 November

Yes dear u can. As i have no pratice before. Run slow at strt then in the middle u can run fast

But It's also difclt to run fast in middle..
In how much time u complete.
I can run 7mins but in medium speed..

I also keep the same speed, I complete almost in 6 minutes and some seconds...
