@Mpalijo: Similar to NTS Subjective test i.e Mcqs comprising of English, Quantitative, Analytical Sections with 50% weightage to subject specific Mcqs. Top 3 candidates in written are called for interview for a single post.
However, for interview additional marks are awarded if one is Sheikh by caste, have a domicile of Khairpur/Sukkur district, have a degree from SALU or is a son/ daughter of a sindh government bureaucrat.Do not be fooled with their high profile interview panel.

hahah. it's pretty difficult to be in the top 3 candidates.
the test is at 7 AM!!!!
i mean if we have to report by 7:15 that means we leave homes by 60 AM. that's a crazy time for test don't you think?

Default Call for interview
Today I have received call for interview on 2nd November, Monday in sha allah. I scored 59 and was on 5th on the merit list so i think there are more than one posts because they clearly stated previously that only four top candidates for each posts will be called for interview.

Default Interview Details
Today was my Interview
Panel consisted of 9 members. All of them were asking different questions from different fields.
Interview started with define yourself and following questions were asked:

1. What is Balance Sheet? What is the purpose of Audit?
2. Difference between Administration and Management?
3. Who presented Pakistan Resolution and who seconded that?
4. What is patron Number (From SCM)
5. What is the inflation rate of Pakistan?

Then they asked me to give a demo on white board in the same room about "Management as a Discipline in Pakistan".

There were 12 candidates shortlisted but only 8 showed up.

Hi NeverBackdown,
Can u please recall the sections of the test last year?

Also how should one go about preparing for it? since u were shortlisted for the interview i am guessing your score was pretty good. I will be glad if you could help.
