bhai nasir bhai ka interview theek raha unhon nay bataya kay interview 5 say 7 minute ka huwa only one question us say pucha gya kay difference between formal and non formal education

my interview has not been conducted so far but what i hear so far that it is just formality. They are asking basic question like what is formal education and what is non formal education , their importance , difference etc, literacy concepts. Also they are asking candidates if they are easy with traveling as this job will require travelling and as i said before job is project based, no chances of to be get permanent
