Guys avoid joining as jr-executive-1 (staff grade), unless you really need a job. The promotion to next grade i.e sps-8 is after 7-10 years approx and there is a bond of 3 years & surety of 3 lacs plus they wont allow you to apply, anywhere else through proper channel during bond period. Its better to wait and look for a more better job.

How do you know all this?
As I was told by an employee working already in this department that after 2 to 3 years
they conduct promotional test through PIEAS and the qualified candidates are promoted to Accounts Officer SPS-8 post
Also told that having this job you will get handsome salary and other benefits as well

as I have got security clearance forms against 6 Aug 15 dated interviews
in Islamabad
Mine was on 11th August and it went good I don't know what's the reason I did not get forms yet ..

after sending up security clearance form .. last week i received a call from paec (there was some issue in my form thats why)
from that call i found that they are basically now sending our forms to some agencies.. process will start shortly
