No. Bhae g, take start with a proper diet. You can easily gain 10 kgs within 2 months. There was a time when i was only 50 kg, now 75. .. Dn't worry about your weight. Its ok.

For Karachi candidates, the federal civil surgeon posted in the Directorate of National Health Establishments in Pak Secretariat is very strict and you will have to undergo a lengthy medical procedure involving medical reports from only Jinnah Hospital to obtain your Medical Certificate.



Note: Also confirm whether if you are even required to present a Medical Certificate first. And also what will be your posting destination.

i am from Multan but reside in Lahore. so is it necessary to get medical certificate Multan or it can also be took in Lahore.
