I am extremely concerned about the transparency of FPSC regarding General Recruitment, I believe in its "crystal-clear" transparency (as one forum member put) but I have been hearing some negative things too, esp. with respect to the officials of Final Selection (FS) section. I do not know about other candidates but I will definitely remember and note down how I performed in my written exam and how well I did in my interview. I think the Honorable FPSC Chairman must ensure as much transparency as possible and keep an eye on FS and all other sections' officers/officials internally. Jobs of such technical and competitive nature "must" not be subjected to bribery or political pressure of any sort and most importantly when announced by a reputed recruitment agency like FPSC. The prosperity of Pakistan lies in the assurance and prevalence of merit.

I trust FPSC implicitly; if the same degree of merit is maintained in this IRS inspector jobs as FPSC has always maintained, I shall, till I exhale my last breath, praise the transparency of FPSC and communicate its fairness throughout social media via many pages of my own on Facebook with a great no. of members on them, hopefully. I put my trust in the Chairman FPSC and his entirely professional organization. Whoever I asked about FPSC, about 99% of people said FPSC is the most honest recruitment agency of Pakistan. The 1% made me dubious. FPSC is the best, indeed. Indeed it is all owed to the FPSC's fairness that almost all senior bureaucrats of Pakistan are sufficiently literate and intellectual. All men of FPSC deserve salutes! They should get a raise too, immediately.

Brothers, What are the future prospects of this Job? Is it worth joining as Inspector IRS ? how much time it takes to get BPS-17? any rough idea ? is there any chance to get a decent post like Asst. commissioner or above in your service.

I cleared screen test for internal auditor bps 16 civil supply its been over 8 months no interview call or ata pata..... I have heard one person is already hired for that post .... Irony by God iam not lying

Brother, if FPSC conducted the test then you'll surely see who is through the final selection process i.e. who has qualified, on FPSC's website. In this respect, FPSC is not like powerless NTS using what government departments attempt to bypass merit to lend their own men favor. When you appear in an FPSC test, be sure transparency is upheld. FPSC announced six Assistant Private Secretary posts and conducted its test, when nobody could qualify the test or meet the standard, FPSC decided to re-publish the posts; it speaks tons of professionalism and credibility of FPSC and its officials.
