I am very very sorry that I couldn't post my interview which was held on 28 April 2015 in karachi camp office.
So here is my interview details and experience.
There were 3 male interview panel members and medium of language was purely Urdu.
Respected members greeted me as I entered in the room.
They don't ask me to introduce yourself but ask my name, father's name and last degree completed.
Phr ek member ne pocha ke apne 2012 men B.com keya phr aagae kuch nahe keya ? I said no Sir due to some financial problems I could not continue further studies.
Member 1: apke father kiya karte hn ?
I replied sir He is retired employee of PTCL.
Member 1: So apne father ko support karne k leye kiya keya?
I said Engro foods men contractual job ke aur sath men private tutions bhe de He said good.
Member 2 So Asadullah apne B.Com kis university se keya hai ?
I said Sir Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.
Member 2 : apne itne door sr kyun ke degree hyderabad ya karachi se kar lete ?
I said university hamein kareb parhte the men mazed kuch kehta ke suddenly third member interrupt in the discussion and said Asadullah is right Sir khairpur buhat qareb hai.
Member 2 : Asadullah baki batein to hote rahen gae ye batao suppose hum ne apko hire kar leya to kiya ap Islamabad men manage kar lo gae kyun ke Karachi office men itne vacancies nahe hotein ? I said yes sir no problem.
Member 2 : Kese karo gae ministry men koi relative hai ?
I said no sir but mere wahan buhat se dost aur relatives Isb aur wah canntt men rehte hen to I will manage. He again asked essa to nahe ke chor ke chale jao gae ?
I said no Sir.
Member 2 acha accounts ka kam ata hai accounting parhe hai apne ?
I said yes sir.
Computer ka kam ata hai for example Ms office wagera ?
I said yes sir.
Member 2 kese ata hai koi short course keya hai apne ?
I said no sir
Member 2 to phir kahen aur parha hai ?
I said yes Sir school, college and university men as a individual subject parha tha ?
Member 2 : O.k to phr ap practice wagera be karte hon gae MS office pe ?
I said yes sir regularly.
Member 2 : O.k acha Asadullah apko MOFA ke bare men kese pata chala ?
I said sir doston se and through internet.
Member 2 to Member 3 Sir ap kuch pochna chahein gae Asadullah se ? He said no sir its ok.
Member 2 : Theek hai Asadullah ap ja sakte hen.
I said thank you and leave the room.

Best of luck to all aspirants! Well, in my opinion, unless they find any serious deficiency in one's personality, the NTS result is the final result! I mean to say, all who are the at top of the list are selected (insha' Allah) according to their respective quota and vacancies!

No it is not true, there were also numbers of interview and selection will be made after final merit

Yes, there is marks of both test taken by NTS and interview as per Federal Government Policy issued by Establishment Divsion vide O.M dated 15-01-2015 for recruitment. As per policy weightage of test and interview is as under:-

-Score in the test has 70% weightage
-Rest of 30% weightage would be allocated to the Members of DSC at the percentage of 40 % to Chairman & 30% to two Members of DSC.

Final merit will be determined by MOFA after calculation of test and interview marks .
