Hmm dnt b disheartd brother all those candidates includng myself who were not succeeded in this journey dont loose hope n keep trying Allah is always there for us....keep praying n keep trying...Good luck to all.

Dear i also secured 80 marks in Assistant Test.. my interview was excellent but did not selected which is injustice... I wrote to Foreign affairs Adviser,Special PM assistant on foreign affairs and secretary foreign affairs to take the notice to this matter and probe what is the reason behind my disqaulification... Brother you also have a equal right to raise your voice.. if we do not use any influence in selection process it does not mean we could be deprived from our right... keeps your hopes High

Injustice in Recruitment
Dear Roseshine;
If you really want to approach correct forum for a complain. Then, you may launch your complain before the committee constituted in Establishment Division headed by an Additional Secretary as per their O.M dated 16-01-2015 for fair and transparent Recruitment in Ministeries, Divisions, Autonomous Bodies & Corporations. I think Foreign affairs Adviser, Special PM assistant on foreign affairs and Secretary Foreign Affairs will not entertain your request. It is not possible this recruitment has been done without taking them in Confiedence by the higher ups of MOFA. As per policy guidelines 70 % score was NTS Test and 30 % (30) marks were allocated for interview. Distribution of marks is asunder:- Chairman 12 marks Member-I 8 marks Member-II 8 marks Above mentioned marks has been further divided as under:- Relevant Qualification / experience 40% (C-4.8, M-I &II-3.6) Knowledge Skill/Relevancy 30% (C-3.6, M-I & II-2.7) Personality / Interpersonal Communication Skill 30% (C-3.6, M-I &II-2.7) I have also given interview in MOFA in Islamabad on 04-05-2015. My turn come on 1330 hrs. Firstly, I become doubtful on the procedure of checking of educational documents by PA sitting outside the office of Director (Personnel-II). DG left the room before my interview. Their were two only two members in the room. Mr. Rooman Ahmed, Director (Personnel-II) was sitting left side of mine and lady Member was sitting before me on sofa. Director (P-II) has two list for recording numbers. One was handed over him to Director General (Admn) before leaving the room. During the interview, I seen merit list of DG. I saw, DG has given 3,3,3 marks to each candidate without adhering the policy. I admit each one has requisite qualification but how much have requisite experience for the post. Then how much has knowledge skill / reliance of the post. This action make me more doubtful about all this procedure. Which is evident as they have disqualify you. In my opinion, MOFA has become a “Siyasi Akara” and those were called to join who have relations with PML (N). If you give me your address, I can e-mail you policy of Establishment Division. I also want to go to Establishment Division for this injustice. |
