Dear both MTO & Trainee Engineer will be probationer for one year it may extend on performance base during probation one gets stipend of 35k approx. Stipend will be revised with respect to extension of probation. After termination of satisfactory probation trainees will inducted as Officer Grade VI with gross salary Rs. 49800. Now a days revision of salary scale is going on. Hopefully till that you people will induct as confirmed officer this salary revised will touch by 65k - 70k.

Hierarchy of officer grade goes down from VII to I.

VII Officer
VI Sr. Officer
V Executive
IV Sr. Executive
III Manager
II DGM
I GM Head of department enjoys ultimate privileges and authority.

then SGM, DMD and MD are executive member positions
