60 marks pa merit bana ha,,
almost 60% TO 70% Candidates pass hue han all categories k,,,,
means agar MTO Marketing k liy 2000 candidates ne test diya ha to almost 1200 to 1400 candidates ko message aya ha documents ka,,,
har category ma aise hua ha,,,,,,,,
boht ziada or boht high level ki corruption hu gi es recruitment ma,,,,,,,,

brother ma ne ap ko reality batai ha,,,
aj kal ye new wau ban chuka ha Corruption ka,,
1 seat k against maximum candidates bula late han,, pher apne candidate ko hire kar liya,,,
EOBI ki example yad ha ap ko....

I agree with @asifbucha same happened in nepra. 1 seat for kp , was topped somewhere in 70+ guy selected scored only 54.
Was nephew of finance director.
