i have got 71 marks in nts(electrical) and my cgpa is 2.87,
would i be shorlisted for an interview?

if they consider nts marks then definitely but if goes to academics then it seems a bit harder

i called the nts helpline,thy told me that docs verification process for trainee engineer post isnt started yet....

Gentle man, Interviews may start from 8 July 2015 or after eid. The reason of after Eid is, members of top management fixed for panel interview are on annual leave due to last date for availing leave is end of June. So gentle man ready for tough competition this time specially for TE. Slots are higher for business graduates.

Thank you for the information. Can you tell us how many seats are there for trainee engineer, Do engineers of different field compete with each other, or civil engrs will compete with civil , electrical will compete with electrical,
And also do you know, if each provinces have their own number of seats, or do you we have to compete all Pakistan wise.

What i have heard -based on speculations- is that the incumbent
MD-PSO Mr. Shahid Islam's tenure is ending or has already ended, The management will appoint new MD, till it happens recruitment of trainee engineers and management trainees will stay in abeyance.
