U guess they are calling only HR guys fir now and planing to move gradually towards the other cadre.. e.g HR, marketing,finance, engr etc.. And calling for interviews likewise... Just personal assumption..

Anybody from Finance-MTO get any call, please do inform here.. That'll be very helpful.. Thanx in advance..

Gentle man minimum 3 years experience is countable in PSO. Infact you will have to satisfy the interview committee while the experience will be given you preference over others. Over qualification is not a matter in this case.

SO wait for interview call after eid....
