Brother, with due apologies, this thread is particularly for MTO posts.. everybody here have applied for it, i think you are talking about the "Finance Processionals" and trust me, its merit is very high cuz students have scored very high marks.. anyways, thanx for replying i thought you asked about MTO-Finance.

As, I have already shared that I am with MBA Marketing. 76 Marks, 3.5 CGPA. Got call for interview before eid, interview is on 24th July. 9 A.m.

Default My Interview Experience at PSO
Venue: Islamabad
Reporting Time: 10:15
Post: MT-HR

Reach the facility at least 15 mins early.

Upon reaching the facility you will be handed a proforma relating to Personal information, academics, experience, ....etc etc. After filling it, your documents will be checked. Afterwards, you will have to wait for your interview. For candidates, other than Karachi, interview will be online through video conferencing.

Introduction, family members, qualification, hobbies, job experience-duties and responsibilities, a few questions regarding your major subjects will be asked.

Overall, it is a good experience.

P.S: All the candidates are very competent.

Thank you for your reply brother, did you asked about the other Cadre? i mean when they are going to call them? or any thing related to their interview?

Criteria for shortlisting is still confusing, they are shortlisting few candidates for every field like Hr, Marketing etc
