MBA Marketing CGPA: 3.5, NTS score: 74, 3 years of experience in sales and marketing but still no interview call. Don't know what's worng!

one of my friend who also scored 74 in Marketing Cadre received call today for interview !

Default PSO MTO Interviews
I called PSO this morning. They said interview process is started. Its going to be phase wise. They are calling shortlisted candidates of all the cadres. So every one who had been asked to send their CVs will be called for interview. So, those who has not recieved call for interview yet, be patient. The process will be continued till end of August,2015.

any idea what is the highest score in MTO Marketing from Punjab? and what is the weightage of interview ?

Alhamdulillah! Got a call today for MTO marketing. Interview will be on Tuesday 28 July in Islamabad.

I don't know about Punjab, but overall the highest marks in marketing cadre are 83

So my interview was on 24th July 9.00 am in the morning. But what a pathetic attitude as a nation we have...
I was moving from South punjab to lahore. When I reached Sahiwal in the evening, got a call from same number that we are sorry for inconvinience but your interview is scheduled on 30th July now.
I said what if I have reached lahore by driving 8 hours, she said sir we can just say sorry but panel is not available.
