yes agreed with you.if someone is not good in their national language than they should learn their national language first..how can a person living in pakistan just simply saying I am not good in urdu..be an expert in urdu first than try for another one.

The Government should establish a translation bureau for translating all English Books in Urdu or adopt English properly, why we are between the devil and the deep blue sea? We are just confused. It's creating problems for the nation to learn two new languages, sometimes three, as I couldn't speak Punjabi but I had to learn to communicate with them, even now I can't speak Punjabi as my friends speak with fluency. If we focus on one language, then students would perform well and would show their abilities properly.

I hope you better know the difference between national language and business language.
Let me tell you that more emphasis is given for the speaking of national language and likewise more emphasis is given on speaking and especially writing business language, and business language is english.
Your comments" be an expert in urdu first then try for another one" as if you are chairman of interview panel, i think you are not even a part of interview panel. So always be gentle to suggest someone rather then issuing your orders.

You have got a very good score, you are definitely going to be called, you need not worry.

But do not know when they are going to call for interview.
