Is it possible for one that he can apply for the post of both ASSISTANT and STENOGRAPHER??? if it is then, does he have to submit the fee separately, for each post????

Yes you can apply for more than 1 post and you have to submit fee separately for each post.

Yes you can apply but have to pay fee for both post separately
