Dear Ramiz welcome in forum again. You were completely absent. Yes it will take time, may be in the end of April. Criteria is still not disclosed. One of my friend yesterday told me that interview was just formality. According to him 30% interview, 30% qualification and 40% NTS. Lets wait and see.

criterion for open merit is confirmed 70% nts and 30% interview.
criteria for employees qouta is yet to be disclosed. the workers union is not ready to accept the criteria set by authorities and vice versa.

Dear zeekay you may be right. If interview is 30%. Then this is quite confusing, that interview panel did not take more than 2 minutes/ candidate. And the same type of questions were asked from all candidates. So how they can judge a person by taking less than two minutes and same questions.

yes they were given discretion in 30% but this discretion was subject to review by a committee set up to review appointments and in case the interviewing panel distorts the merit of the written test then the panel needs to justify it to the committee so the panel have given equal marks to all those interviewed. this means your merit number after written test will be the somewhat the same after interview. provided all of the candidates were present and appeared for interview.

hope this makes a bit clearer to you.
kindly, share details of qouta seats and the winding up of their interviews ?
the end of april seems realistic to you ?
