so i think this is what we were waiting for - a green signal. these dumbass politicians are only concerned with political point scoring and are least bothered about the ordeal of hundreds of applicants. this process could be concluded in 2-3 weeks right after the interviews in march but the political graph that time was not in their favour so they kept on lingering it till now. still its better late than never.
