Would someone clarify that whether the list uploaded on NTS about highest to lowest marks where Sr.NO is mentioned, is it merit no or only sequence? Or on what basis they have assigned those serial? I mean according to roll ascending order etc? Because 18 candidates including me have same marks in Account assistant test but I'm placed at no 16 among these 18. I want to know on what grounds I am placed below them? Kindly help if anyone have some info I am very tense.

I am very dejected to see the behaviour of people. No one is bothered to reply my question. They do not know the imortance of helping other people. Twice, I asked if someone can share the syllabus of AM HR/Adim. Distribution of marks and some questions which appeared. But no one replied yet since day before yesterday

Brother that is just a serial number which contains candidates of all provinces..... Merit will be made separately for each province according to seats reserved for each province....

Paper distribution & marks assigned for each post was available on NTS. One needs to help himself at first place before lying hands to others

I'm taking about Account Assistant post i.e staff grade which are only for KPK.

It might be available in past as you said it was available. And I missed it. So, is it very hard to share this information when you have aready appeared in the test? I also asked if someone can share some questions which appeared in the paper. I did.not apply for it so I do not know which questions came.

Anyhow , if you think that, getting prayers free of cost by helping others is very hard then just ignore my request.

No offence intended. Since I have taken 4/5 tests in last weekend therefore I can't really recall the exact question came in test. However, I can give you an overview of the test.

83% of the test was related to subject i.e HR which was further divided into 4 categories and 25% marks were assigned for each category.
1- Performance Appraisal (25%)
2- Training & Development (25%)
3-Recruitment related (25%)
4- Sorry forgot the last one.
The remaining 17% paper was divided into GK, CA, Islmiat, Pak Affairs.
Note that in order to be among qualifiers one must obtain 50% marks in subjective portion of the test.
