Dear all Thread members, I have few queries about these jobs, as I applied for SDO job in PESCO and have maximum chance to be selected. As I am doing a job at government sector at below 15 scale and don't have it again once I lost it, so please all members who has a solid knowledge about these jobs kindly reply these questions
1. Are these jobs are permanent or on contract basis....?
2. What will be the expected time period for contact or after how long it becomes permanent jobs…..?
3. If any alteration in PESCO (chief changes) or WAPDA privatizes will we have these posts or they can expel us (any chances of reliability)….?
Dear please focus on my query because I have to take decision on authentic feedback, as belong to a poor family and don’t rely on chances, so direct answers will be appreciated.

@rrjoin thank you so much bro. for sharing useful info. about LS interview one more thing if you could provide what is the selection criteria and nature of these job i mean they are permanent or temporary and what could b the starting salary of LS2 ???? Plz provide info. abour all these queries

Dear Ramiz. As for as salary is concerned, its 15000/month with 2000 Risk allowance.

@Ramiz bro. One of my best friend is currently SSO-I. Which is bps 15. His net salary now a days is round about 22000. He is on service since 2010. I got this info from him. I myself became very disappointed.

Round about 12000. But depends on allowances.

Hahah naveed bro so much bad news but does it not come in federal employees ? I went through net and checked out bps 14 federal employee salary pak by 2015 and 2016 it gave me these info
