koi ban nahi ha sirf sirf wapda employees qota ki bat ho rahi ha aur nigkari ki
after documents verification interview letter will be dispached

according to my hearsay from wapda house, the us aid had since 2007 initiated a project for improving the system. they had on that time appointed sdos' in relevant feilds and have asked the government to regularise those as they have dilevered better, have experience, and are duely trained by the us-aid for the root-cause of challenges facing the power industry. to which the pesco leadership had agreed and they are now party to the agreement.so not only pesco but all the power utilities might be filled through this process.the process for sdos' have thus been ended or a few seats might be filled through this process. now the employees union is showing resistance to the agreement and are demanding employees' qouta. this is only for sdos', rest of the seats will be filled through the same process.....

But how can WAPDA/PESCO shortlist the candidates? Just on NTS marks? as no one has submitted the documents yet, how can PESCO confirm that the marks, submitted by candidates in NTS application form are correct? shortlisting cannot be done in such way....or they will just count NTS marks.
