Default PESCO recruitment VS Ministry
Folks we all are frustrated, on 6th november 2015 a meeting was held between the subject of this post; Ministry is insisting to hire only the critical posts whereas Pesco assuring that all posts are critical.... i dont know the outcome of the meeting yet, but hopefully Pesco has the ball in their court.


Remember you will get it when its decided by ALLAH, so chill, keep applying and working hard. Hope always for the best.

According to my information a meeting was scheduled on 06th but actually held on 03rd of November.
In that meeting CEOs of many DISCOs were present but I cant say with certainty that PESCO CEO was present or not.
About what was decided in that meeting i only know that green signal was given to MEPCO.

Default Pesco updates
I called HR PESCO today in which he told me that a meeting held on 3rd Nov, 2015 between Ministry and PESCO about hiring process. Now PESCO is expecting a green signal from Ministry in the shape of an official notification. The HR representative ensure that it would be hopefully received in a week after that hiring process would be resumed.

I am sure when the hiring process resumes , again privatization issue will be raised and then strikes from PESCO staff will continue and hiring process will be ceased again.
