Dear zeekay,if wapda union can force nawaz sharif to hold back the decision of privatization,then why can we(4000 candidates)not force ceo to approve the lists?we should unite 40 to 50 candidates and should go immediately there wapda house to put pressure on ceo.

Dear zeekay,neither me nor u r foreighner in this country ,plz 3 to 4 times it has happened with us that we were in open merit(within) but there was also delay,delay ,delay,then within top ,after result we were on serial no 198,80,120 in waiting list.

so we can only protest and come out physically once this happens in our case, god forbid. but this recruitment is, till now, free from any such undue practices. so we cant protest for the delay. it is official matter and they will take as much time as they want. labour union is a pressure group within the organisation which makes them of more value. whereas, we are nothing more than aliens to them. our protest is useless even if we collectively close down the entire wapda house.

things get delayed everywhere but upto a certain limit what the problem with this delay is it limitless if ceo could say that this process wil be delayed till this time then there would be no panic syba somewhat is right if we could publish a news in a newspaper about the unreasonable delay and could exert pressure on the concerned via print or electronic media perhaps we could get its solution in either form whether good or bad

Guys this is not the time to flight. We should unite to decide a better path. Kindly give your suggestions in this forum.
As for I think we should not protest till Eid ul Azha. But I suggest we should combinely meet Ameer Muqam at wapda house and remind him of his deadline.
Any other suggestion please.

first of all, its good to see words from silent members of this thread. all those who are reading posts silently, show up we have to do this collectively. specially those who are on the top merit order. it is concerned to each one of us.we are not doing it for anyone else.

@asadhussain this is a worthy action plan. does this amir maqam sits at wapda house regularly ?
if yes, then i guess there is nothing wrong in meeting him on this monday.

Today in morning I called my father's friend who is working as an Accounts Officer at PESCO and asked him about the issuing of appointment letters....He told me that there's 80% chance of issuing letters to the successful candidates in the last week of this month.....so now eagerly waiting till the last week
