Do we need to send relevant documents along with application form or only application form shall be sent alone?

Organization's name is not disclosed and may be someone who is good at knowing organizations by their Post Box Numbers may help out...

Do send the relevent documents with application form. Though they have not mentioned anything in that regard but sending documents along with the applicatiin form would be beneficial.
