Depends upon overall result of kp. Dua karu you make it in top candidates. Last year it was 68 and above. This year's merit is yet to decide.
I found last year merit from previous threads and fb pages.

Actually i only noted information of candidate who get 70 or more than 70, but in provided information you can get idea how people do well in paper.

How they determine equal marks candidate merit ? Did anybody know this?

What is the merit for Sindh Urban

ON NTS SCORE AND PROVINCIAL QUOTA. merit for each province will be determine separately.

I mean if there are 2 seats for punjab and 3 candidate have same marks like 70, how they select candidate for said posts.

for tie they will see which one is elder , I mean age factor

Is this your thinking or you know this for IPC. I mean age factor is used in Public commission for tie and this approach is also followed by IPC.

Is not it unfair to make overall merit. I mean there was hell of a difference among paper level of all groups. All scholarships will go to social sciences and management

yes I was told years back by IPC they give priory to those who are close to age limit

Brother, the principle of advising is to fill the shoes of the seeker and then suggest. Please always ask to those for a piece who had been/are in the situation same as yours. By chance, I qualify. I was selected for this scholarship last year for Civil engg in China. But I refused as I secured another foreign scholarship offered by HEC. I also, am serving in B-17 in education department as Lecturer but I am sure that I should quit as after Phd, I would be offered a more prestigious job in a university... Besides that, the more attractive part is getting educated in a foreign country which does worth it..
I don't have any knowledge of your exact circumstances which include myriad of factors, but keeping your given info in mind, I would suggest you to leave job and go for studies... Your future would be brighter and you will be more learned. you know the rest. cheers

HRDI-UESTP which was for all provinces, and was for Engineering studies only. I secured a scholarship but couldn't avail it.
But later I secured and availed one under AHBP. It was for Balochistan only, titled as Aghaz-e-Huqooq-e-Balochistan.

I have called ipc today. They said no scholarship has yet been announced from donor countries. So no merit list.
