Question
I have a BA ( Hons)-Finance (4 years) from Richmond American Int University, London. Am I eligible to apply for this scholarship? The ad doesn't mention that one cannot apply if he holds a degree from abroad. The ad also says bsc honours 16 years. So isn't BA (hons) pretty much equivalent to BSC honours?

Documents were supposed to reach NTS, Islamabad by today i.e. 07-09-17. Hence you cannot apply for the scholarship anymore.

My documents already reached NTS. I was just confirmimg that are govt employees eligible?

No where is it written that govt. employees can't apply so there is no reason to think they won't be eligible. Although there's a practice of going through 'proper channel' or taking 'NOC' which is in general mandatory for applying for another job or admissions by govt employees the last time I heard. So you might want to confirm about this from NTS.
