Default Commonwealth General Scholarship Program 2018AM 2018
Merit is always high for this Commonwealth scholarship program. And the number of scholarships awarded are also very limited in number. So one really needs to work hard to secure one.

max. How many seats would be there for Mba and max. Age limit? Does 2nd or 3rd division matter in eligibility or final selection?

Age limit is not mentioned in the advertisement so I am not aware of it but i don't think there is any as far as the seats are concerned last time they were around 12-15 seats....final selection is determined by the respective Commonwealth Nation most probably they take into consideration all the factors including education, division, age and other factors while making final selection.

Rest someone who was selected or has gone through the process can guide better.

I think so but you would have to submit NOC at some stage from your respective department.

How much time it usually takes in final announcement of the scholarship? as I m a provincial government employee in bps 17 with only 6 months experience yet, my department usually allows scholarship or study leave after 2 years of regular experience.. .if I apply for it now and happen to qualify, I wonder if I would b allowed to go for it or not...if it takes long process then I might have completed one n half year or so service..then I might get the permission. Plz guide as I real want to do my Mphil n have good CGPA in honors (3.73),first div throughout academic career
