Government of China offers scholarships under "cultural exchange program" for Pakistani students... the scholarship is fully funded and covers tution fee, accomodation, medical insurance and a living allowance of 1700 yuan per month for Masters... Govt. of Pakistan also provides subsidy bt hw much it is unkwn to me.... so someone cn share dat knowledge too dat hw much subsidy is provided by govt. of Pakistan and whether travel expenses r covered or nt???
it is also requested from senior scholars to guide whether it is a good option to pursue masters degree from china in Economics or Mangement field? i mean there r world ranked universities in china like Peking university and tsinghua university....
also, can someone share "living experience in china"...hw is it overall.....

Aapi, can u tell me about the date of announcement of scholarship, and whts the procedure to apply?

these scholarships r under ministry of education which conducts test or accepts NTS GAT score to select candidates....

If you wanna go abroad for masters, choose any other country than China .. Choose for example U.K, U.S.A, Australia etc .. Or countries like Germany, Denmark and Sweden .. If you search you will find plenty of scholarship options for these countries as well ..

I have met people who have completed medical degrees from China .. Most of them are not recognised by Pakistan, let alone other countries ..

Aur China ki degree ka kya pata, chaltay chaltay band hi na ho jaaye ..

i mean it has very good standing in the world...so o o isnt it better to pursue a degree from a university that is world recognized rather than pursuing da same degree from a trite university in UK, USA or any other european country.... i knw there r very good universities in UK, USA n Europe bt nt all universities there r world recognized......

i want to share something with u guys...
1. Chinese govt. scholarship is a great opertunity to pursue ur masters or phd degree... i have seen some guys who have done phd by the same scholarship and then hec provide placement in different university as a teacher when they come back to pak...

dude ye bacho wali batain hain k china ki cheiz kharabi hoti hay.. b realistic...
wo jo mbbs hota hay wo wahan ki private universities say hota hay thats y PMDC say recognized nai hota... so better yahi hay k mbbs pak k private colleges say kar lea jay.
3. ab say hec nay ye announce kea hay k jo koe b foreign scholarship k leay apply karay ga wo pehlay apni application hec ko send karay ga then hec khud uski application agay forward karay ga.. bt pehlay ye hota tha k individuals khud apni application respective scholarship providing agency ko send kartay thay...
4. is year ki last date guzar chuki hay so ab koe faida nai is ko dekhnay ka n sochnay ka
5. keep visiting hec website.. u will find there good scholarships...

And I gave an honest opinion about the quality of education .. If someone likes China and wanna go there instead, then good for him/her ..

I'm sorry I missed the Peking university part of your post .. Its indeed a good Uni .. China is a good country .. I have been there but not for long, So I won't call it a living experience .. I'm unaware of the life style there ..
