There r only 3 countries for M.Sc students namely, south korea, Thailand and France. I think Hanyang Univ should be your 1st preference. Following are departments related to your field in Hayang Univ...

Department of Philosophy
Division of Performative Humanities
Department of Law
Major in Theater and Cinema
Division of International Studies
Major in Political Science and Diplomacy
Major in Public Administration
Major in Sociology
Major in Journalism and Mass Communication
Division of Tourism
Your research proposal represents your interest in a particular field. It needs some conceptual study of your research interest.
French people don't compromise on their language. In france your 90-95% medium of instruction will be french. There may be one or two courses in your whole study period which will be offered in both english and french.

Search for different Universities. They have info about their course structure and admission procedure on their websites.
