call them if they are not responding...besides that these days are holidays here and office for international students is closed thats why nobody is responding.......for all of you if you want to come late do inform your university and yes for 5-6 days its no problem but do inform them first....

now it will be announced next year.....process is completed for this year

if someone is picking you thats very good but if not then you have a address of your university written in Chinese...keep that in your pocket come out of the airport and show that to taxi driver......and isharon say try to tell him that you want to go to this place........

hey guys if you are taking visa from islamabad then make sure k her halat may ap at 7 o,clock embassy may hon....coz lambi line huti hai and they only take applications till 12 o,clock.....us k bad jo reh gaya so reh gaya and due to high security its not easy to go again and agian to embassy.....stay blessed

as you got admission in hebei so try to have a direct flight to hebei.....secondly china southern and air china are good and cheap......and for the students of beijing i il prefer PIA coz direct flight and in 6 hrs you can reach beijing........

@ Nouman can you share your expenses detail, as through map, i come to know that your university is near to mine, which is in chayong district of beijing..


secondly is someone from uni ll pick us from airport or not, and what if we are getting the flight which ll be reach there at night. can we go uni at night.

sis xpenses detail tu kafi wired huti hen boys kee.....but one thing ap tasali rakhain k 2000RMB is more then enough ....for 1 month maximum 1000RMB is enough and yea bhi maximum bta raha hoon...baki ab yea tu person to person depend kerta hai like i used to cook my self tu mera koi fix budget nahi hai but mujhay kabhi payson kee waja say problem nahi hui.......so relax
pick and drop ka uni hee btay gee k wo karay gee ya nahi....rite now holidays hen dats y they are not replying...26th August ko open hu jati hen uni aksar.....wo karain tu thek nahi tu freely frankly bta dejiyay ga...that can be managed no problem...
try to reach in day time because nite time may koi official bunda nahi milay ga.

i dont understand which form you are talking about?visa form tu unho nay send kia hu ga apko?and it takes almost 4 days to process your visa....so plan your visit accordingly....and take an xtra copy of everything with you and remember be in time.....werna visit baykar jay ga.....try to be in the que at 7......start 9 bjay huta hai but tab tak buht lambi line hu jati hai pir number nahi ayay ga apka......all the best

visa form tu unho ne send kia hai admission letter k saath
and visa 1 din me bhi mil jata hai just apko insist krna parega embassy walon se k mujhay urgent required hai tu wo kr detay hain

btwn i got my police character certificate tu kal inshaALLAH MOFA jaonga attestation k liye
Plz share the attestation process by MOFA?? and attestation photocopy pe hogi ya phr HEC ki tarah original pe??

you need to get your original medicle form attested from MOFA....koi lamba process nahi hai ..there are different counters ap wahan jaien stamp lagwaien i.e attestation fees (wahan kisi say pooch laina k stamp kahan say milay gee aur kitnay wali lganai hai)....they will keep ur documents and give you a token number.....pir doosray counter wala kuch dair bad apka token number bolay ga tu receive it.....

Few observations while applying for Visa;

1) Your photographs need to have plain white background. People at Chinese embassy are very rigid in this regard and won't accept usual Pakistani style of light blue back ground.

2) You are required to fill Chinese Visa Application form for year 2012. It is available at embassy reception. It has 3 pages (Front and back side makes 6 pages in total). You are required to affix one photograph on this form and submit 1 photograph by hand.

3) People who are not dwellers of Isl/rwp and near by areas. Easy route for you guys to reach Chinese embassy is simple. If you prefer to travel by van then look for BARA-KOH route either at peer vadhai stop or faizabad stop and ask for QUAID-E-AZAM university gate. Diplomatic avenue is located at entrance of QAU. And if travelling by taxi, simply ask for QAU gate. Though travelling by van would save you 500 rupees

4) After reaching diplomatic avenue, you would have 2 options to reach Chinese embassy. i) Take Express service ticket (costing 500 rupees) or ii) Economy service ticket (costing 200 rupees). Difference is this that economy service buses leave for embassies after every 30 to 40 minutes and Express service buses leave after 10 minutes.

5) Prefer male counters at Chinese embassy, females either irritate you or get irritated themselves quickly :-)
