Cn sm body pls tell me abt the 'research proposal abstract'. Is it mandatory for students applying for MS scholarships?

any one have any idea..how many scholarships are there ?...and how long do the take before announcing the result ?

Well, I received an email from hrdi-uestp@hec.gov.pk, that instructed me to register my self on Politecnico di Torino, Italy online application system. And to send my username etc. to HEC. My GAT score is 79, and field electrical engineering, communication systems.
what's your GAT score and field of study.

@Jamila; I think these scholarships are only for engineering sciences. Correct me if I am wrong. Anyhow, should you receive any response from HEC, any update, please share.
