actual i got an old pdf file on net about hec scholarship in which 60 scholarship were for engineering and 60 were for physical science and 5,5 and 10 for other groups Like medical ,business education ,social sciences etc.

secondly some member on forum mention that these are total 250 scholarship.

so That's why I think that hrd faculty development scholarship merit will be .

about domicile quota so I think they will fallow quota system because a person from Lahore and Karachi will never work in Peshawar , Quetta and Fata

Received an email from HEC on this scholarship and according to them 50 seats out of 300 are for Punjab engineering students.
