Yes its an open competition and general test, every candidate has to go through same pattern.

One small question!!

What is the nature of the bond that the scholarship recipient will have to sign with the Govt of Pakistan?

OR

There is no bond at all and one is free to do whatever and wherever he/she wants, once the studies abroad come to an end??

I called NTS today and the guy on phone replied that we can appear for one test ONLY as both the test are being conducted on the same time on 30th September .

CW scholarships are funded by CW countries. So NO bond with HEC or any other agency

Wrong.

Fulbright is fully funded by the US. Then why they require bond to serve your home country??

In the add its given dat students awaiting results are not eligible... my BBa hons is going to complete in cuming october... so should i apply for dis scholarship or not??

There is a 5 year bond that needs to be signed with the IPC (formerly ministry of education) Pakistan.

You need to serve your country for 5 years after finishing of your studies abroad.

You have read the instructions and it mentions clearly that those waiting for result need not to apply, then what worth to be asking?

You are not eligible sorry, if your degree completes before 12th september 2012 (last date) and result is announced before then you have a chance to apply
