Is the test mandatory? What if someone has a valid GAT score - can they apply with that?

Well whenever NTS conducts a special test for any project whether for job or scholarship they do not accept the previous GAT score so that the candidates may have equal opportunity to score more. So you need to take it again if you want to apply.

GRE will be like GAT General as regularly conducted by NTS, well its level of difficulty varies all ways, but here there are lot of candidates hence the level may be a bit higher than the regular one so be ready to face the music.

You can refer NTS GAT General Guide by Dogars or GRE Big Book by ETS International.

Salam to all members..

Since NTS have arranged tests both for PPL and commonwealth scholarships on same date i-e 30th September.
Can anyone tell me whether there will be two separate tests on different time or one test will cover both?

Info about last year NTS score cutoff for CWS must be appreciated.

The test will be conducted on same day and same time so choice is of the candidate which they want to attempt, one can only attempt one test.

No test will not cover any other test.

I am facing some problems filling out the nts form for test. What should I write in the column where it asks us to mention our O and A levels results? Should I just mention the grades?

Please help.

you have nothing to write in the column degree/certificate but you have to write in other columns for example:
for SSC/O level...Degree name should be matriculation
Major subject Arts/science/commerce
passing year......in which passed matric
obtained marks as for matric/O level
total marks
Borad Name

Similarly for HSSC/A level degree name should be intermediate
