how are you preparing for the IELTS at home or tuition center and how well it is going?

I haven't started preparing for it yet. Will study for it at home though from some good book.

My test is also on 8th november.I am preparing from cambridge IELTS books which are very good.It contains 8 books and 8 cds.

can you tell their contact number ? and to confirm whether one is short listed or not he has to contact icp or nts ? The merit list will be uploaded on nts website or only the short listed candidates will be informed ?
