well right now, everyone is confused about study plan, any information in that regard will be appreciated.

what discipline are you applying for?

Look study plan is for PhD students. Its like a research proposal. Go to the electronic application system on CW website and download teh FAQs about application form. You will get a clear picture about many things in the form then. Remember according to CW website you cannot apply for MS by research which takes almost 2 years. You should apply either for MS Taught which is one year or PhD which is for three years.
It means that an MS student will not need a study plan. If u wanna write down it for Ministry of IPC, then just write down some info about the courses you will study in MS, how it will help u and the people of Pakistan. I think that will be more than enough.
But if u r applying for PhD then write a detail and formal research proposal. U can take the guidelines from internet for it or through a friendly phD teacher.

I am planning to take the test next year. Does any one know the cut off this year for Sindh Urban? Does IPC require the scholarship holders to sign a bond?

Since you hold both the Engineering and Management degrees,I was wondering in which field are you planning to do a PhD?

its good to see some activity on the forum, the process is really confusing the hell out of me..

two study plans have to be written, a 2 page study plan for ipc and a 300 words study plan for online application(500 words if u r applying for research masters).

today i noticed the requirement for birth certificate, which i dnt have. does anybody know any alternatives?

2 study plans, we cant write even one,
draft one study plan of 300 words for CWC, then merge study plan plus benefit to home country part for ipc...
birth certificate, dont have any,... as we cant get that now with in a week so lets forget it, hope they wont reject anyone for not submitting birth ceritificate
