there is no penalty amount mentioned in the deed, its only says that in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the deed, the candidate has to repay all the costs incurred on them by the govt.

any of you contacting ipc tomorrow, please ask them about detailed visa procedure,
2. do we have to get our educational documents attested by HEC (that's a long process)
3. the health certificate that we have already submitted with our forms, is that okay, or do we need to get a fresh one (we have to get it attested by MOFA)
4. IPC/ Pak govt has not paid anything to previous students, will it be the same or we may get lucky and get at least airfair
you will definitely have to verify your highest degree from HEC. Its a one day process. first you have to go to the hec office early in the morning to get the token. Hec distributes 240 token daily for this process on first come first serve basis. A far as the matric and fsc certificates are concerned, i asked from fakhar baloch at ipc office, he said its not neccessary to verify them from ibcc.
i asked from anwar farooq sadozai regarding the pak govt funding. he even did not bother to listen to me..lol.

one thing annoying i found on the deed and definitely it will make others annoyed too. initially the ipc had mentioned in the letter to provide the candidates with the funding if there would be subsidy regarding this. but in the deed its written the ipc will not be liable of any amount what so ever. like they have made themself out of this and did not leave any leverage to talk about this. secondly, if the ipc is not giving us any rupee then why is the deed to be signed. moreover, if somebody does not abide by the rule he will have to pay back the amount to the govt. what is this whole drama???
If they are not paying or supporting us financially, we are not bound to obey them and their restrictions. CSC Scholarship is unconditional. As per my understanding, even if we breach IPC contract we will have to pay nothing to them:P unless they extend financial support and their recovery can not exceed their expense on us.

Default Congratulations to all the Selected Candidates

Many Many Congratulations to all the selected Candidates !
It's really annoying to listen regarding the Govt's attitude towards subsidy.
Govt must realize that candidates have to abandon thier professions & jobs. Ms & PhD are research based degrees and Research can't be carried out without peace of mind.

Dear this is very gloomy if Pakistan are not funding us. On one side there are millions spent on HEC scholarships, and here IPC which has take this scholarship from HEC, is not even paying $400.
Reciving 2000 wont be enough once we will have to arrange our food, etc, inflation has hit China as well, it will be quite a venture for those not well off or who have to care families back home.

My mind is also at sixes and sevens.
10 years of job.....All the hard work, going to hell.
They wont grant a paid study leave. Not in this government.
A family to leave behind specially 2 years old kid.

I was totally relying on those $400, to feed my family at home and live in the CSC amount in China.

Perhaps I will take my letter to my boss, show him my last transcript and beg him for a full paid leave. If he agrees, I will go. Else Good luck boys it was a wonderful 8 months together.
