Can anybody please tell me weather degree is necessary to b attested by HEC or the result card of final year is enough for that purpose.

Yes, Its necessary to get your degree attested from HEC

I have been admitted to Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics in Xiamen University.
I have been offered admission in English taught programme of Masters in Quantitative Economics.
I am in a fix to go or not.

University is good and programme is great. Decision depends on your background but quantitative economics is a great subject and many resources are available on internet. After this program, you can work with bilateral agencies like ADB, WB etc, or SBP in Pakistan. If you do Phd. from some other country after that, you can work as a reputable economist and/or consultant.

It suits my background and interest as well. But the thing is, owing to some personal issues I dropped the idea of going some months before. I did not even applied for passport and I don't think I can get a passport in such short span of time. I have been asked to report till 14 September 2013.

I got in Project Management from China university of mining and Technology Jiangsu Campus...

i got admission in harbin institute of technology graduate school at shenzhen in managment science and engineering. any body who got admission in same programme can contact me on my number**********.
for registration on this forum you must not use your yahoo id it is not responding on it.
student who are married can get visa for their spouse later on and accommodation.

you can get passport in 3 to for 4 days trough an agent in passport office.

reporting period can be extended to 10 to 15 days. u can mail to your university in china this request.
