today I collected my passport from embassy having visa sticker on it. I intend to take off on 27th August from Islamabad on China Southern Airline for Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Dalian via Urumqi. my program is PhD in Financial Management. still lot of things to be done. am confused what to take with and what to not.

How long is visa process? I mean after how many days they gave you the passport ?

@Asad and miss ali, ofcourse let us co-ordinate, since we have to go to the same place! I think we definitely should. because of the language barrier I do not want to be stranded there. Which city are you from, and have you checked out any flights waghera.

Have you guys obtained your visa, I am going tomorrow to apply for mine. Was there any hassle, issues you guys faced at the embassy.

Lastly, have you guys sent the signed deed to IPC? If yes, will they send you the NOC or not. Cause I am reluctant to send that bond agreement to IPC, why should they bind us, if they are not even paying a single penny. Any thoughts suggestions.

tomorrow i am going to submit the signed deed. i was wondering if they are providing the NOC on the spot at the time of submitting the deed. if anybody has gone through the process then please share??

Default Got my NOC and Processed visa today.
After Processing for my visa, I had time to visit IPC, they gave me a favour and handed over my NOC on the spot. They however said that It was meant to be handed over after a candidate comes with a visa and hand over a photocopy of visa on Passport.
Handing over visa proof to IPC is necessary for any future help from them and the embassy of Pakistan in china.
There is no rush these days the whold process once we reach the Embassy took only 15 mins.

I also don't understand what is the NOC for? Where would we need it? Who would ask for it? Any idea about it?
