What sort of finance questions are asked

I've been trying for about 3 weeks to get hold of some information regarding the 'type of questions' and how to prepare (Will it be general questions or something specific in the stated fields) - but no one is replying.

I also asked the 2012 people to help us out; let's wait and see.

it would be conceptual paper and if you are having a solid grip over finance you can easily make through...

when i appeared last year, a few definitions were there from h.r but paper was majorly focused upon finance and marketing core concepts. as an h.r student i easily tackled h.r questions but finance grilled me so devastatingly that i could hardly obtain 53 marks...dont want to discourage you but i found this scholarship a sheer waste of time...more then a year is consumed in the process and if you would be lucky enough, you will be invited by some chinese university to join them in the end

I am thankful for your reply,
Actually it also gives me opportunity to revise my MBA subjects,
Can you share finance questions
Dividend,NPV,Pay Back period,balance sheet, income statement etc?
Cost accounting was also asked?
About how many HR questions<Less than 10 or more?
Management may shall we prepare strategic management only or OD etc?
Looking forward to your reply
And thanks again for your earlier reply, as no one is coming up to share last year paper

sorry bro i dont remember exact questions now but i remember few finance questions required calculation... h.r questions were about 10-15...search out nat nts test guide for commerce and management group in market...few questions were from that very book...questions would be tricky and this book will provide u fair idea of how to tackle those..beside study work focus on english grammar as well. it plays pivotal role to mark oneself in distinction...good luck man

Thanks for the information Ravian. I got only 12 hours or so to prepare so I have to be quick, Can you tell us what type of questions from HR and marketing portion, just a hint. For instance, were they like Porter's five forces and all those theories type. And were the marketing questions were more like asking bookish things too - market penetration market segmentation type questions?
