no research proposal is not mandatory but you have to mention proposed research topic.

Answer: YES, GAT-General Tests held on following dates are applicable for the announced scholarships titled “90% Overseas Scholarships for MS/MPhil Leading to PhD in Selected Fields, Phase-II, Batch-V”



January 9, 2011, April 10, 2011, July 10, 2011, August 7, 2011, October 9, 2011, January 8, 2012, April 8, 2012, July 8, 2012, August 5, 2012, October 7, 2012.


If your GAT uis among these dates, you can apply

I think Bilkent is best and also METU. I have selected Bilkent as my 1st choice

Though Turkish Universities are good.......but Turkish universities are not included in Top 600 Universities of the World with respect to Business Education and Social Science.
