My question is to those who are studying abroad on HEC scholarship. If HEC scholar wants to settle abroad after completing his studies, how to go about it legally?
I mean to ask, what to do about HEC bond signed by the scholarship holder?
Is there any wayout to make it (for example by gradually paying money etc.)
Please help me. I wanna know it for my brother studying on HEC scholarship in germany.

We are pleased to inform that you have been shortlisted for the interview under the HEC project titled “Overseas Scholarship for MS/MPhil Leading to PhD in Selected Fields Phase-II” Batch-5 (France), subject to the following conditions:
1. You will have to provide the “Acceptance Letter” from a French Supervisor only in French Public Universities in your relevant subject by maximum October 31st, 2013. The ‘Acceptance Letter’ must be sent to the saaziz@hec.gov.pk

2. The PhD program must be in English because HEC will not arrange French Language courses.

3. Along with ‘Acceptance Letter’, you will also provide other documents must be forwarded in one PDF file to the undersign on saaziz@hec.gov.pk

It is further informed that the interview schedule is still to be finalized; however, interviews are likely in the end of this year 2013. The final interview schedule will be communicated to you once confirmed.

Hec has an MOU signed with unm and how can it place a candidate in unm if no such study program is available.

I HEC's website it is clearly mentioned that in UNM all subjects will be offered except medical. So you can guess from this as well that they have shortlisted you for UNM....... Same may be for Business studies as well

i also got the same reply today,, what is your field?? secondly most of the french universities offer PhD only in french..i have got acceptance letter from 1 supervisor and affiliated university also offer studies in french,, if there is any university offering PhD in english it might not be possible to get acceptance letter from a supervisor there and also our field related program is offered or not ,,no guarantee,, what should we do now? any suggestions?
