Yes they havent recieved funds
But still they jave some reserve funds for initial stipened and ticketing
What I was told by HEC
Last time tickets were provided by hec
So I am not sure they will ask us to buy ticket by ourself or not

At Karachi consulate, they didn't asked for any such certificate.

i don't know but family registration card has photographs of all family members, fee from NADRA is 1000/- and you get it within one hour. so i recommend that you should get it.

A friend of mine got a different reply a couple of days before ... Mr. Jamshed told him that the ticket would be done but the advance stipend looks a bit difficult and students will have to manage a little on their own at the start (one or two months???) ... he asked what kind of an amount should one keep with themselves in such a case ... he was told Rs. 100,000 ...
this seems like a bad news ... hope they dont do it during our degrees ... keep fingers crossed ...

I think regarding stipend, we have to send email to Mr Wasim Hashmi. He can arrange the advance stipend, as he told Mr Jamshaid to look after this matter, in front of me. I am sending him an email, and you people also send email to Mr Hashmi. His email is: wsyed@hec.gov.pk
