I also heard that but last time Mr. Ali said that Hec havn't recieved any funding from Govt.

First inform them that you are visiting HEC to collect your documents. may be they have dispatched your documents so first confirm from them.

I just got only the certificate of admission in original format. Where as the provisional letter was sent through email....

I am human not alien so kindly accept my request of skype or my facebook id is **********...

Is it confirm or not as last time when I visited Hec Mr Ali told me that Hec havn't recieved funding from Govt and Hec will pay us after sometime.

Will hec buy the ticket itself or only pay us the amount and we will have to buy it ? Also i guess hec said that flight will be PIA Economy class. What if someone would like to travel from another airline ? Hec will give us the ticket money first then we will be purchasing the ticket or the money will be issued after hec see the ticket which we have purchased?
