First of all you have to open a category in which you want to start new thread like Scholarships is a category or job announcements etc are categories. thn on the top of that category there will be a tab " start new topic" click on that tab and you will see options for new thread. hope you got it

from the interview call dates for Pakistanis which shows a span of one week interview process is also a imminent positive sign that there are very less candidates who received the interview call. Last year it were nearly 50 candidates who were interviewed daily in Islamabad for one week. So there is a hope that still a large vacuum is there for candidates to be called for interview. when u see those who have interviews in Islamabad; one has on 2nd May whereas; another is called on 6th May. So hope for the best.

yes, you are right last time there were 300 candidates interviewed. hope for the best now
