mara bh same problem the, i have done 3.5 YEARS MBA after 14 years education, now my degree is equal to M.S. but muge ye ni pata k kiya ma phd ma direct admisn la sakta ho ya ni, ap ka kiya bana?

Yes, you can take admission in PhD Program. Some Universities do ask for equivalence certificate from HEC though.

thanks dear, to kiya muge bh Indigenous scholorship k through direct phd ma admisn mil sakta ha, becz ma ne suna hua ha k Indegenous k throug M.PHIL ma admisin milta ha or m.phil karne k baad phd ma admsn milta ha, plzz muge es bare ma ap ki help chaye, i have 3.3 CGPA out of 4,

As far as I know You can not avail two scholarships at the same time and PEEF is Punjab Govt program Not HEC..I hope it may have solved your queries
I've queries. i want to know that if i don't get admission in any university now. And when HEC will short list the candidates and will give 3 months to take admission. there will be very few chances that admission will be opened for any university. In that case what will happen. AND one thing more i've selected business education and management as field of study. But in future if i take admission in Banking and financial economics, then they will consider my application or not? please tell me.!

If you get HEC scholarship any university ll give you admission without any consideration whether admission are open or not.

Aww! I've some similar queries. I want to join NUST or GIKI. But the fact is that admissions in those universities will be offered in June. I don't think this situation is different to many other universities. Another thing can we change university during our studies through this programme?
I've done graduation in electrical engineering and applied in HEC Indigenous scholarship program to take admission in MS.

One more issue. I sent fee through internet banking Via my brother's account into HEC's account as given on ad. from his laptop .I guess it shouldn't be an issue. Is it?

Yes, only if you are awarded HEC Scholarship. Rest you can confirm from the specific department of the the particular university in which you intend to apply after you are awarded the scholarship. I know a few cases in which HEC scholarship awardees have been given admission prior to the actual commencement of classes. They will issue you an offer letter that you have been admitted in MS leading to PhD progam. However you can only start your classes with the regular admission batch.
