How to contact him. Its their duty to deliver check to our university. How can we come to islamabad specially to collect check. They should inform us on mail to get our cheques.

No you should not opt for indigenous scholarship then as you wont be allowed to go abroad.

You cannot collect check in hand they will only transfer through University. But you have to check either the amount is delivered to university account or not yet.

funds are usually released to university on your account...now your have to complete the university requirments to process it further...

You can always go abroad if you are pursuing your Phd degree don't worry HEC only demands you to be a Phd scholar no matter from where but they will not fund your foreign Phd.

dear what for those who didnt even receive checks, and their dealing officer is saying that they dnt have funds right now, so wait for fund release
