What is the current monthly stipend of indigenous scholarship by HEC ?

Scholar’s stipend.
Rs. 12,000 per month in MS/MPhil with an increment of 1000 per year
Rs. 18,000 per month in PhD with an increment of 1500 per year
Support to University for tuition fee, reference books, back volumes, chemical abstracts, stationery, software, internet etc. Rs.100000/ per year
Support to University for laboratory/workshop equipment, lab material, consumables and supplies etc. Rs. 60,000/- per year for Sciences Subjects Ph.D

Book allowance (for scholar) Rs.5,000/- per year.

Thesis evaluation from abroad charges on completion.

Rs. 60,000/- for laptop.

Thesis charges to scholar in last year.

6 month Foreign study is also in process. hopefully will be added.

To be eligible for HEC indigenous scholarship, what should be maximum earning potential per month of a person.

Dear Friends,
Please advise is it mandatory to send application form along with the submission of docs???????
I have dispatched all docs to HEC office as mentioned in Annex-A, Just missed application form as it was not mentioned in the Annex-A docs' details , pls help to clear this confusion at your earliest.

Why to send it, If it is not mentioned.
