can someone please explain how does this ms leading to phd program works?
do we have to first take admission in masters, complete it and then again take admission in phd or there is just one time admission?

MS leading to PHD means that your research of MS is extended to obtain a full PHD degree. So instead of 2 years for MS and 3 years for PHD, we spend about 4 to 5 years and get a single PHD degree.

But the universities don't have any such program listed on their website...so my question is how do we apply for it?

Hamza, Normally universities don't offer Ms leading to PhD. So You can get admission in MS/Masters etc in the specified universities. After that you can get admission in PhD.
Sometimes HEC will ask you for a confirmation from the university that this masters holder, will be eligible to get admission into PhD or not. So for that one email from that university is sufficient. Now you just need to get admission in Masters program.

Good luck.
